摘要
地震目录是目前地震研究的主要基础资料之一,也是进行地震预报工作的重要依据。本文利用数理统计方法,分别用假设检验手段和横向对比方法,对70—79年新疆地震目录审编的精确度和稳定性进行了分析评定,并获得一些可信的结论。
Earthquake catalogue is one of the chief basic data in earthquake re search,as well as the important basis for earthquake prediction so far.The paper has analysed and evaluated the precision and stability of 1970-1979 Xinjiang earthquake catalogue,and got some confident conelusions by means of mathematical statistics in assuming verifiable and transverse methods respectively.
