乡村教师社会关怀行为的历史表征及其现实表达

摘要 乡村教师作为乡村社会的知识分子,其社会关怀行为对乡土文明的传承及乡村社会的发展具有不可替代的作用。乡村教师的社会关怀行为伴随着乡土社会的变迁呈现出不同的样态:在传统社会中,其聚焦于传承乡土文化;在近代社会中,其表现出传播先进思想的革新行为;在中华人民共和国成立初期,其体现为建设乡村文明的公共行为;在改革开放及社会主义市场经济体制建立后,其呈现出振兴乡村教育的职业行为。当前,乡村教师面临着“乡土性”淡化与身份认同危机、公共精神式微与社会责任旁落、乡土知识匮乏与社会实践脱节等现实困境,这些困境阻碍了乡村教师社会关怀行为的实现。为更好地培育乡村教师的社会关怀行为,实现乡村教师的“新乡贤”的角色期望,应助力乡村教师增强文化自觉,厚植乡土情怀;树立公共意识,强化职业信念;活化乡土知识,投身乡村实践。 As the intellectuals of rural society,rural teachers'social care behavior plays an irreplaceable role in the inheritance of local civilization and the development of rural society.With the change of rural society,rural teachers'social care behavior shows different patterns:in traditional society,it focuses on the inheritance of local culture;In modern society,it shows the innovation behavior of spreading advanced ideas;In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,it embodied the public behavior of building rural civilization;After the reform and opening up and the establishment of the socialist market economy system,it showed the professional behavior of revitalizing rural education.At present,rural teachers are faced with such realistic dilemmas as the dilution of“provinciality”and the crisis of identity,the decline of public spirit and the omission of social responsibility,the lack of local knowledge and the disconnection of social practice,which hinder the realization of rural teachers'social care behavior.In order to better cultivate rural teachers'social care behavior and realize their role expectation of“new rural sages”,they should help rural teachers enhance their cultural consciousness and cultivate local feelings.Establish public consciousness and strengthen professional belief;Revitalize local knowledge and participate in rural practice.
