美国里奇大学工作嵌入式教师培养模式探究

摘要 里奇大学(Reach University)是美国教师培养实践取向背景下的创新性成果之一。它创建了独特的工作嵌入式教师培养模式,把教师培养嵌入教学实践工作之中,将先取得学位证书后获得工作的传统逻辑序列进行了颠倒,以教师候选人的工作表现而非课程考试成绩作为是否可以取得学位和证书的衡量标准。里奇大学在以工作嵌入式为核心的实践教学基础之上,建立了具有实践性、体验性和相关性的课程体系,以及多元且异于传统的教学实施和评价体系。基于里奇大学工作嵌入式教师培养模式的经验,我国的教师专业培养应确立清晰的人才培养定位,提供灵活的制度服务,开展高质量的教育实习指导。 Reach University is one of the innovative achievements in the context of practice-based teacher education reform in the United States.It has created its own unique teacher preparation mechanism that embeds teacher preparation into the practical work of teaching,reversing the traditional logical sequence of a degree leads to a job,and using a candidate's job performance rather than course test scores as a measure of degree and certificate attainment.Reach university has built a practical,experiential,and relevant curriculum based on a job-embedded teaching model.It has a diverse and different system of teaching implementation and evaluation system vary from the traditional one.Depending on experience from the US,China should establish a clear training orientation,provide flexible institutional services,and strictly control the quality of internship instruction.
