摘要
童年创伤是个体的内化、外化问题行为以及继发性精神疾病的重要预测因素之一。作为一种替代性心理干预方式,心理剧干预既可以帮助童年创伤幸存者发展复原力,提升自发性和创造性;也可以弥补个体的心智化缺陷,修复个体对创伤的认知偏差,提升情绪调节和反思能力。系统梳理心理剧干预创伤的理论、机制及其在不同类型童年创伤中的临床实践研究,总结已有研究的不足,可以为临床工作者在童年创伤个案中运用心理剧干预提供参考。
Childhood trauma(CT)is an significant predictor for internalizing and externalizingproblematic behaviors and secondary psychiatric disorders.Psychodramas have emerged as an alternative intervention for trauma survivors to develop resilience,enhance spontaneity and creativity,compensate for individual mentalization deficits,rectify cognitive biases toward trauma,and improve emotional regulation and reflective abilities.By reviewing the theories and mechanisms of psychodrama interventions and their clinical practices in various types of childhood trauma,deficiencies in existing research are summarized,aiming at providing clinical practitioners with references for psychodrama interventions in childhood trauma cases.
