日本中小学教育改革新趋势:背景、导向及举措

New Trends in Primary and Secondary Education in Japan:Backgrounds,Orientations and Measures

在新冠疫情和数字化快速发展引发的各种生活方式变化背景下,日本文部科学省于2022年公布了日本中小学教育改革公告《教育发展改革愿景》。本次改革指明了学习方式革新、教育机会均等、家校社会共生和教师境况改善等教育导向,并基于此提出了一系列的改革举措:开发教学组合模式,优化个人学习方式;提供多元指导教学,满足多样化学习需求;开展多重体验活动,增加“社会经验”机会;改善教师工作环境,建设优质教师人才队伍。本次改革的目的,是为确保在当今时代下不让任何人落后的教育期望能如期实现。

As lifestyles transform dramatically recently due to the rapid development of digitalization and partly to the novel coronovirus pandemic,the Japanese Ministry of Education,Sports,Science and Technology issued in 2022“the Vision of Education Development Reform”.It is an initiative to reform the primary and secondary education in Japan.The reform was oriented towards more innovative learning styles,more equitable access to education,closer home-school collaboration and better welfare for teachers.A series of reform measures were proposed to ensure that educational expectations for everyone were met as scheduled:developing modular mode of teaching,optimizing individual learning experiences;providing diverse instructional guidance to meet varied learning needs;organizing experiential activities to increase students'exposure to social experiences;improving the working environment for teachers;and building high-quality teaching faculty.The purpose of this reform is to ensure that the educational expectations that no one is left behind in this day and age are met.
