论教师教育课程中的小组合作探究教学——以S大学国家一流本科课程“教学论”为例

摘要 小组合作探究教学是一种教学模式,这种模式坚持“以学生发展为中心”的理念,以学生自主学习为突破口,以问题组织教学内容,以小组合作学习、讨论探究为方式方法,以过程性评价为激励机制,从根本上改变了以教师讲授知识为主的课堂教学方式。这种教学模式有其哲学和学习理论的依据,主动迎接了基础教育的挑战,适应了国家对教师教育的新要求。其实施的条件包括:教师要具有现代教育思想和教育情怀,具备扎实系统的专业知识和研究能力;小组建设要提供组织保障,发挥出过程性评价的激励作用;教学时间和物质环境要获得充足保障,以促进小组合作学习的顺利开展。 Group cooperation and inquiry is a teaching model that fundamentally differs from the model that solely relies on teachers'impartment of knowledge.It is based on such concepts as students'development is the core,autonomous learning is the focal point,the content is driven by problems,learning is achieved via group cooperation,discussion and inquiry,and motivated by process assessment.This teaching model is constructed on philosophical and learning theories,and meets the updated requirements for teacher education as well as the challenges posed by basic education.In order to implement such a model,the teachers should be equipped with advanced concepts,profound understanding of the specialty,research ability and passion for teaching;Teambuilding should provide organizational support and give play to the incentive function of process evaluation;Teaching time and material environment should be guaranteed enough to promote the smooth development of group cooperative learning.
