全日制教育硕士专业满意度调查研究

A Survey of Full-time Masters of Education on their Satisfaction with their specialtys

摘要 以全日制教育硕士专业满意度评价指标体系为基础,自编问卷对我国教育硕士培养院校的全日制教育硕士在校生、毕业生、校内理论导师、校外实践导师、管理者及任课教师六大群体进行专业满意度现状调查,并对其满意度进行相关性和差异性分析,最终提出应从进一步优化培养目标和课程设置,以凸显基础性;进一步强化师资队伍建设,以凸显双师合作性;进一步细化实践教学考核标准,以凸显一致性;进一步加大管理与经费支持力度,以凸显服务性四方面来提高专业满意度的可行性建议。 Based on the evaluation index system of satisfaction of full-time Masters of Education with their specialty,the self-compiled questionnaire investigates 6 groups of people,namely,full-time master candidates of education,graduates,theoretical tutors,off-campus hands-on tutors,administrators and teachers in China.The correlation and differential analyses are conducted based on data from the questionnaire.Finally,proposals are made to raise students'satisfaction with their specialty,including optimizing the training objectives and curriculum setting as the basis;strengthening teaching faculty by promoting cooperation between theoretical and practical tutors,formulating more detailed assessment standards for hands-on training to achieve consistency,and increasing administrative and financial support.
