An Inquiry into the Models of Training Foreign-related Legal Professionals in the New Era

全球治理体系加速变革的新时代对涉外法治人才培养工作提出了新要求。涉外法治人才培养是推进中国式现代化进程的重要保障,是积极参与全球治理的必然要求,是服务中国企业“走出去”的现实需要。目前,我国的涉外法治人才存在着培养方案课程设置缺乏合理性、跨文化沟通能力欠缺、法律服务技能不足等问题。新时代涉外法治人才培养应优化培养方案;创新涉外法律课程设置;拓宽在校学生实践渠道;系统打造区域国别法交叉学科课程;建设高水平教师队伍;全面推进课程思政建设;培养学生坚定的政治立场和深厚的家国情怀。

The fast transformation of the global governance system in the new era has placed new demands on the training of foreign-related legal professionals.It is vital for China to advance in its path to modernization,take an active part in global governance,and help Chinese enterprises develop globally.However,the current approaches to training foreign-related legal professionals face a series of challenges,including inadequate and impractical curricula and training plans,insufficient cross-cultural communication abilities,and lack of proficiency in legal skills.The following measures are proposed:optimizing the training plans and renewing the curricula for foreign-related legal studies;providing students with more channels to practice their skills;establishing interdisciplinary courses for regional and national laws;building high-level teaching teams;enhancing ideological and political education in courses;and fostering firm political stances and patriotism in students.
