道德推脱对中学生欺凌旁观者行为影响机制研究——基于教师支持调节作用的比较分析

Study on Influence Mechanism of Moral Disengagement on Bullying Bystander Behaviors of Middle School Students——Comparative Analysis based on Moderating Role of Teacher Support

摘要 采用青少年道德推脱问卷、中学生内疚感量表、儿童及青少年社会支持量表和欺凌情境中自我评估参与角色量表,对1021名中学生进行调查,以探讨道德推脱对中学生欺凌旁观者行为的影响机制,并为校园欺凌治理工作提供理论基础。研究结果表明:道德推脱能够显著负向预测保护者行为,而对局外者行为有显著正向预测作用;内疚感在道德推脱与保护/局外者行为关系间起中介作用;教师支持调节“道德推脱—内疚感—保护者行为”的后半段路径;教师支持调节“道德推脱—内疚感—局外者行为”的直接路径。 1021 middle school students were surveyed by Adolescents'Moral Disengagement Scale,Middle School Students'Guilt Scale,Children and Adolescents'Social Support Scale and Self-assessed Participation Role Scale in the bullying situation to explore the influence mechanism of moral disengagement on bullying bystanders of middle school students.Besides,suggestions were put forward for the theoretical basis to manage school bullying.The results showed that:Moral disengagement could significantly negatively predict defenders of the victim,but could positively predict the behavior of outsiders;Guilt mediated the relationship between moral disengagement and defenders of the victim/outsiders;Teacher support could moderate the second half path of the mediation process of“moral disengagement—sense of guilt—defenders of the victim”relationship;Teacher support could moderate the direct path of the mediation process of“moral disengagement—sense of guilt—outsiders”relationship.
