数字教材标准建设的伦理诉求与开发路径

摘要 数字教材标准建设由教材设计主体、教材设计活动、教材使用主体和教材使用数据四个要素组成,其伦理诉求的表现主要有:教材设计主体以铸魂增慧为原则的内容伦理诉求、教材使用主体以自我发展为目的的权利伦理诉求、教材设计活动以责任担当为取向的关系伦理诉求、教材使用数据以行业规范为表征的制度伦理诉求。要实现数字教材标准建设铸魂增慧的伦理诉求,就需要从价值至上、道义担当、以人为本、以法为界等层面出发,探寻一条融合内生性伦理自觉和外发性伦理规范的开发路径。 The construction of digital textbook standards consists of four elements:textbook design subject,textbook design activity,textbook user and textbook usage data.Its ethical demands mainly include:the content ethical demands of textbook design subject based on the principle of building souls and increasing wisdom,the right ethical demands of textbook users based on self-development,the relational ethical demands of textbook design activity oriented to responsibility,and the institutional ethical demands of textbook usage data characterized by legal norms.In order to realize the ethical appeal of building digital textbook standards,we need to explore a development path that integrates endogenous ethical consciousness and exogenous ethical norms from the aspects of value first,moral responsibility,people-oriented and law as the boundary.
