摘要
在教师队伍中,校外培训机构教师是一个特殊存在的群体。他们一直处在教育行业的边缘地带,其诉求和发展常常被忽略。当前,在“双减”政策下,校外培训机构教师面临着培训行业环境不稳定、工作任务繁杂、社会认同度降低与自身职业认同感缺乏等困境。其原因在于,“双减”等一系列政策对校外培训行业的全面规范、培训机构管理机制不尽合理、行业准入标准降低,以及校外培训机构教师自我身份建构出现偏差等。因此,政府部门、校外培训机构、校外培训机构教师三个主体应相互配合、群策群力,采取必要措施促进校外培训机构教师在专业上实现进一步发展,确保校外培训机构培训活动良性循环,推动“双减”政策的落实。
Teachers in out-of-school training institutions are a special group among teachers.They have always been on the fringes of the education industry,and their aspirations and development have often been overlooked.At present,under the background of“double reduction”,the teachers of out-of-school training institutions are faced with such difficulties as unstable professional environment,complicated work tasks,low prestige of professional society and lack of professional identity.The deep reason is that a series of policies such as“double reduction”have further standardized the education and training industry,unreasonable the management mechanism of training institutions,and lowered the standards of professional admittance of the education and training industry,and the self-identity construction of teachers in institutions is deviant.Therefore,the government,training institutions and institutional teachers should work together to take necessary measures to promote the re-development of institutional teachers and promote the healthy development of the education and training market,further implementation of the“double reduction”policy.
