摘要 对话式教学中的高质量教师倾听,是以提高教师倾听质量为导向,旨在促进教师、学生与对话式教学共生发展的理念和信息存在方式。倾听与被倾听是对话式教学系统中不可或缺的基本构件。推进教师倾听的内涵辨析与实践探微,是追求高质量的教师倾听的应有之义与可为之策,且有利于体现教师的品质格局、把握学生的整体状态、建构对话式教学的精神家园。当前,面对信息技术、图像信息、慕课信息的迭代变革所引发的教学场景变迁,教师有必要专注地“倾听”、完整地“倾听”、互动地“倾听”,追寻教育数字化转型中教师倾听智慧的对话生成与价值实现,健全基于生命对话与关爱生命的师生互动关系。 High quality listening from the teachers in dialogue teaching is a concept and the existence of information that aims to improve teachers’listening and promote the symbiotic development among teachers,students and dialogue teaching.In the dialogue teaching system,listening and being listened to are two indispensable basic components.To pursue teachers’high-quality listening,we should promote the connotation analysis and practice of teachers’listening at first,which will show quality pattern of teachers,help teachers to grasp overall image of students,and construct the spiritual home of dialogue teaching.Currently,facing the changes of teaching scene caused by the emergence of new information technology,images information and mooching information,teachers need to listen attentively,fully,and interactively,so as to achieve the dialogue generation and value realization of teachers’listening wisdom in the transformation to digital education,which will surely strengthen the interactive relationship between teachers and students on dialogues about life and caring for life.
