大学校长治理能力现代化研究

Research on Modernization of University Presidents’ Governance Capability

校长作为大学内部治理的核心人物,其治理能力对大学发展而言具有不可替代的重要作用。随着国家治理水平现代化的提出,国内学者对大学校长治理能力现代化的研究不断深入。通过梳理国内学者的相关研究,提取研究的核心观点并进行分类总结,从而把握目前国内学界对于大学校长治理研究的焦点、痛点与突破点。在此基础上,对于如何实现研究突破并推动大学校长治理后续研究创新,从强化研究理论基础、丰富深化研究内容、创新科学研究方法等维度提出对策建议,这有助于通过提升新时代大学校长治理能力现代化,进而实现与一流大学相匹配的教育治理现代化。

The leading group of colleges and universities is the leading core of the sustainable development of colleges and universities,and as the internal core figure of university governance—university president,its governance level plays an important role in the University.The research process of domestic scholars on the modernization of University Presidents’governance ability and level has been developing with the proposal of the modernization of national governance level.By combing the research foundation laid by scholars,through literature reading,extracting core viewpoints and classifying and summarizing,this paper grasps the focus,pain points and breakthrough points of university president governance research at the present stage,in order to promote the follow-up research innovation of President governance and improve the governance ability and modernization level of University Presidents in the new era,so as to realize the modernization of educational governance matching with first-class universities.
