“剧场效应”:幼小衔接超前补课现象透视

“Theater Effect”: A Probe into the Phenomenon of Making up Lessons in Advance in Kindergarten before Primary Schools

摘要 幼小衔接的“超前补课”问题始终是基础教育界的一块“心病”。近期颁布的《关于大力推进幼儿园与小学科学衔接的指导意见》中明确指出,幼小衔接要坚持儿童为本,全面推进幼儿园和小学实施入学准备和入学适应教育,从而减缓衔接坡度,帮助儿童顺利实现从幼儿园到小学的过渡。而社会心理学的“剧场效应”则揭示了幼小衔接超前补课中因个人利益最大化而导致集体利益受损现象的本质,其造成的影响具体表现为幼儿园育人职能被削弱、幼儿家庭面临多重压力、社会焦虑代际传递、社会阶层固化等问题。因此,社会各主体需要从更新教育观念、破解断层问题、加强政府管理三方面开展治理工作,以解决幼小衔接中存在的诸多问题。 The problem of“making up lessons in advance”has always been a“heart disease”in elementary education circle.The recently issued Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Scientific Connection between Kindergarten and primary school clearly points out that the connection between kindergarten and primary school should adhere to child-oriented,comprehensively promote kindergarten and primary school to implement school preparation and adaptation education,so as to slow down the connection slope and help children smoothly achieve the transition from kindergarten to primary school.While“theater effect”of social psychology reveals little join in make up a missed lesson in advance caused by personal interests to maximize the essence of the phenomenon of collective interests is damaged,the impact of embodied in the kindergarten education function is weakened,childcare multiple pressure,social anxiety intergenerational transmission,such as social class curing problem.Therefore,all social subjects need to carry out governance work from three aspects:updating educational concepts,cracking fault lines and strengthening government management,so as to solve many problems existing in the connection between children and children.
