摘要
井漏失返工况下井筒液面动态变化情况难以获取,盲目作业面临着巨大的井控风险。借助环空液面监测技术,可实时获得井漏时井筒液面高度变化数据,从而预测出漏失平衡点位置,计算出漏失速率。基于数理统计分析原理,利用漏失速率与环空液面高度的关系建立了漏失动态函数模型,并进行了实例计算分析。结果表明:基于井筒环空液面监测数据的漏失模型能够有效地分析井漏动态,可为钻井现场堵漏作业提供重要参考,对保障井控安全具有重要意义。
It is difficult to obtain the dynamic changes of wellbore liquid level under the condition of circulation loss in return,and blind operation faces huge well control risk.With the help of annulus liquid level monitoring technique,the change data of wellbore liquid level height in case of borehole leakage can be obtained in real time,so as to predict the location of leakage balance point and calculate the leak-off rates.Based on the principle of mathematical statistics analysis,the dynamic function model of leakage was established by using the relationship between the leak-off rates and the annulus liquid level heights,and calculated and analyzed by examples.The results show that the leakage model based on the wellbore annulus fluid level monitoring data can effectively analyze the borehole leakage dynamics,provide important reference for the drilling site plugging operation,and has great significance for ensuring well control safety.
