碎裂QRS波预警扩张型心肌病患者心血管事件的研究

Effect of QRS fragmentation on safety and cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

目的分析碎裂QRS波(fQRS)对扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者心血管不良事件发生率的预测价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院80例DCM患者,根据12导联心电图是否伴有fQRS分为研究组和对照组,随访1年,对比两组心血管不良事件发生率。结果与对照组比较,研究组心源性休克、二度及以上房室阻滞、室性心动过速发生率显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论fQRS与DCM患者临床预后有关,预测不良心血管事件发生具有重要的临床意义,有助于早期识别DCM高危人群。

Objective To analyze the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)by QRS fragmentation(fQRS),and to predict the clinical value of fQRS.Methods Selected 80 patients with DCM in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021,all underwent 12-lead ECG examination,and were divided into study group and control group according to whether they were accompanied by fQRS,followed up for 1 year,and compared two groups of cardiovascular Incident rate.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of cardiogenic shock,second degree and above atrioventricular block and ventricular tachycardia in the study group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions fQRS is associated with the clinical prognosis of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,and has important clinical significance in predicting the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events,which is helpful for early identification of high-risk groups of DCM.
