女性冠心病心电图特征的分析及诊断价值

Analysis of ECG characteristics and its diagnostic value in women with coronary heart disease

目的分析冠心病女性人群心电图特征,探讨其诊断应用价值。方法以100例冠心病高危因素女性患者为研究对象,根据冠状动脉造影结果,分为冠心病组和非冠心病组,均进行常规心电图及动态心电图检查,分析两组心电图特征。结果冠心病组较非冠心病组危险因素比例较高。冠心病组患者中PR间期、|PTFV1|、ST段下移幅度、QRS间期、QTc、QRS-T夹角及心律失常发生率均高于非冠心病组。结论冠心病女性患者心肌缺血及心律失常的检出率较高,结合其危险因素与心电图用于临床诊断,应用价值较大。

Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram(ECG)characteristics in women with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to explore the diagnostic value of ECG.Methods 100 female patients with high risk factors of coronary heart disease were selected.They were divided into coronary heart disease group and non-coronary Heart Disease Group according to the results of coronary angiography ECG and Holter monitor were performed to analyze and compare the ECG characteristics of the two groups.Results The risk factors were higher in CHD group than those in non-CHD group.PR interval,|PTFV1|,ST Depression amplitude,QRS interval,QTc,QRS-T angle,arrhythmia in CHD group were higher than those in non-CHD group.Conclusions The detection rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in female patients with coronary heart disease is high.Combining with its risk factors and ECG is of high value in clinical diagnosis.
