摘要
环氧树脂浇注绝缘子在出厂检测时需进行水压试验和气密性试验,检测效率较低。将水压试验和气密性试验合并为绝缘子水压及气密性试验方法相结合的综合试验。结果表明:该综合试验方法提高了检测效率,缩短了生产周期,实现了绝缘子质量检测的安全、环保和节能。
Hydraulic pressure test and air tightness test shall be carried out for insulator casting by epoxy resin during delivery inspection,but the inspection efficiency was low.The hydraulic pressure test and air tightness test were combined to the comprehensive test of the combination of hydraulic pressure and air tightness test method for insulator.The results show that the comprehensive test method improved the inspection efficiency,shortened the production cycle,and realized the safety,environmental protection and energy saving of insulator quality inspection.
