空调四通阀焊缝泄漏原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 某批空调四通阀在使用一段时间后,出现了大量焊缝部位泄漏的不良品。通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、能谱分析、离子色谱分析、模拟试验等方法对四通阀焊缝泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:四通阀暴露在含有硫和氯的腐蚀介质中,表面产生了蓝绿色和黑色的腐蚀产物,焊缝被腐蚀穿透以至最终发生泄漏。 After using for a period of time, a lot of four-way valves used in air conditioner leaked at weld seam. The leakage causes at weld seam of four-way valve were analyzed by macroscopic analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test, energy spectrum analysis, ion chromatography analysis and simulation test. The results show that the four-way valves were exposed to corrosive medium containing sulphur and chlorine, and blue-green and black corrosion products were produced on the surface of four-way valves. The weld seams were penetrated by corrosion and eventually leaked.
