高校中共党史教育的分层实施与协同整合

Hierarchical Implementation and Synergistic Integration of the CPC History Education in Colleges and Universities

中共党史教育意在"明理、增信、崇德、力行",在百年历史沿革中,其课程体系形成了面向党内干部和面向党外青年的两大基本分层,并随时代不断演进。当前,各高校在建构"大思政"格局的背景下,逐步形成了包含中共党史学科的专业课、公共必修或选修的思政课、学工系统开设的各类党课在内的同心圆式课程群组,一方面体现了新时代党史教育对两类课程的全面汇通和架构整合,另一方面确也存在着部分内容简单化、重复化的问题,这折射出我们对党史教育"分""合"之动因认识得还不甚清晰。因此,从历史的角度梳理其百年间的沿革过程,或有助于我们深刻理解中共党史教育"分—合—和"的实践逻辑,进而不断完善新时代高校中共党史教育"和而不同"的"大思政"格局。

The CPC history education aims at"getting sensible,building credit,adoring morality,and practicing earnestly".In the 100-year history,its curriculum system advanced with the times and has formed two fundamental hierarchies respectively for the Party’s cadres and the non-Party youth.Nowadays,in the background of building the pattern of"great ideological and political education",universities and colleges have gradually established concentric circle class groups including specialized courses of the Party history,public compulsory or optional courses of ideological and political theory,and all kinds of Party courses offered by the student affairs department.On the one hand,it shows that the Party history education in the new era has fused comprehensively and integrated structurally the two types of courses;on the other,there indeed exists the problem that some contents are simplified and redundent,reflecting that the awareness of the motives for the"separation"and"integration"of the Party history education is ambiguous.Therefore,studying the evolution over the past 100 years from the perspective of history can better understand the practical logic behind the"separation-integration-harmony"of the CPC history education,thus continuously completing its pattern of"great ideological and political education"featuring"harmony in diversity"in colleges and universities in the new era.
