聚合与认同:延安《解放日报》报人群体的形成

Gathering and Identification:Formation of Journalist Group of Jiefang Daily in Yan’an

延安《解放日报》于1941年5月16日创刊,至1947年3月27日停刊,历时近6年。报纸初创时期,中共中央宣传干部、来自国统区的知识青年和陕甘宁边区基层工作者初步聚合,一些问题也随之出现。1942年2月,伴随整风运动普遍展开,报社通过完善组织机构,改造报人思想,提升报人新闻素养,组织报人参与生产,推动一支团结战斗的报人队伍形成。其形成标志为:在职业理念认同方面,坚持无产阶级新闻观;在价值认同方面,坚定无产阶级理想信念;在阶级认同方面,践行无产阶级生活方式;在群体认同方面,建立平等融洽的相处模式。作为中国共产党报人群体的重要组成部分,《解放日报》报人群体推动延安报业走向成熟,为新中国新闻事业的发展奠定人才基础。

From May 16,1941 to March 27,1947,the publication of Jiefang Daily had lasted for nearly six years.In its early days,the publicity personnel of the CPC central committee,the educated youth from Kuomintang ruling area and grass-roots workers in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region gathered,which,however,results in some problems.In February,1942 when the rectification campaign was carried out on a large scale,the newspaper office invested many efforts to forge a united and high-spirited journalist team.These efforts include streamlining the organizational structure of the newspaper office,remolding the journalists’ideology,improving their professional qualities,and organizing them to participating in production.The marks of the formation of such a journalist team are:in professional concepts,they upheld proletarian news concept;in value identity,they adhered to proletarian ideals and beliefs;in class identity,they followed proletarian way of life;and in group identity,they formed an equal and harmonious mode of getting along with each other.As an important part of CPC journalist group,the journalist group of Jiefang Daily promoted Yan’an newspaper industry to mature,which laid a foundation of talents for the development of journalism of PRC.
