循证社会科学视角下的新文科建设路径研究

A Study of the Path of Constructing New Liberal Arts from the Perspective of Evidence-Based Social Science

新文科的提出有着学科从分化走向综合、信息技术发展驱动、文科复合型人才稀缺等多重背景,目前学界对新文科的认知与阐释因科学视角、学术视野、学科气质的差异而并不聚焦,所给出的新文科建设路径或有宏观指导价值而无实践操作价值,或只聚焦单一学科的新文科建设而不具有复制性。基于循证医学发展而来的循证社会科学是一门新兴的文医交叉学科,以证据为核心的循证社会科学对新文科认识和建设提供了一个创新的理论视角。从循证社会科学的视角来看,循证理念是新文科建设的最大公约数,科学证据是新文科建设的最便通桥梁,循证社会科学可为新文科建设提供循证决策支撑和循证实践支持。在具体建设路径上,新文科建设需要以循证实践理念为参照,回应国家重大需求;以循证社会科学为选择,重视学科交叉建设;以循证学术研究为补充,加强科学理论创新。

The proposition of constructing new liberal arts has multiple backgrounds,such as the integration of disciplines,information technology development and the scarcity of inter-disciplinary talents.Currently,due to the differences in scientific perspectives,academic visions and disciplinary features,the academia’s cognition and interpretation of the new liberal arts are not focused.The paths of constructing new liberal arts developed are either macro ones with no practical values,or merely focus on one discipline and cannot be replicated.Developed from evidence-based medicine,evidence-based social science is a new inter-discipline of arts and medicine,which is evidence-oriented and provides an innovative theoretical perspective for the cognition and construction of new liberal arts.Seen from the perspective of this new science,the concept of"evidence-based"is the greatest common divider,and scientific evidence is the most convenient bridge in liberal arts construction.This science can provide decision-making and practical support to the new liberal arts construction.In terms of the concrete construction path,new liberal arts construction needs to take the concept of"evidence-based practice"as a reference to respond to the national major demands;evidence-based social science can be chosen as a focus of inter-disciplinary construction;and evidence-based academic research can be used as a supplement to strengthen the innovation of scientific theories.
