非正规就业者在不同部门的工资劣势差异——基于复合样本选择的修正 被引量:4

The Wage Disadvantage of Informal Employees in Different Sectors——Based on Multiple Selection Bias Correction

摘要 在新经济形势下,非正规就业的规模和形式发生了前所未有的变化,非正规就业者的就业保障对经济发展和社会稳定的影响也日渐显著。借助复合样本选择修正模型,本文在消除选择偏误后获得不同部门内正规就业与非正规就业工资差距的实证结果。结果表明,国有部门工资分布的高分位和私有部门工资分布的中间分位出现更高的工资差距。私有部门的工资差距更大,这种差距大部分可以由特征因素解释。国有部门的工资差距虽然比私有部门低,但非正规就业者受到更大歧视,这种歧视主要来自工作特征以及制度障碍,为了保障非正规就业人员的就业稳定和工资提高,应当在打破制度障碍的基础上建立以培养及提高非正规就业者工作技能为主的就业保障政策。 In the new era of economic transition,the scale and form of informal employment have undergone unprecedented changes,and the employment security of informal employees has increasingly significant impact on economic development and social stability.With the aid of the compound sample selection correction model,this paper obtains empirical results of the wage gap between formal and informal employment in different sectors after eliminating selection bias.The results show that there is a higher wage gap between the high quintile of the state sector wage distribution and the middle quintile of the private sector wage distribution.The wage gap in the private sector is even greater,and most of this gap can be explained by characteristic factors.Although the wage gap in the state sector is lower than that in the private sector,informal employees are subject to greater discrimination.This discrimination mainly comes from job characteristics and institutional barriers.In order to ensure employment stability and wage increases for informal employees,institutional barriers should be broken Establish an employment security policy that focuses on cultivating and improving the work skills of informal employees.
