1980年以来我国劳资关系领域的发展演进——基于CiteSpace的文献计量分析

The Development and Evolution of Labor Relations in China Since 1980——A Bibliometric Analysis based on CiteSpace

自1980年以来,我国对劳资关系研究的进展加快,劳资关系问题日渐成为学术界关注和讨论的焦点,并且也形成了一定的研究成果,但不难发现,其中大多都是一些综述性研究,通过文献计量来探究其发展轨迹及未来演进的研究较少。本文选取了1980年以来CNKI数据库中劳资关系领域的相关文献,通过共词分析、聚类分析以及战略坐标图等文献计量方法分析我国对该领域的研究现状、热点问题及潜在热点问题,以期探究当前我国劳资关系研究的特征及未来的发展演进。研究结果显示,"社会保障""人力资源""经济发展"是目前学术界关注的热点研究方向,"劳动关系治理""共享经济""直播平台"是一些新颖问题,有待以后进一步深入研究。

Since 1980,the increase of labor relations research progress,industrial relations problem increasingly become the focus of academic attention and discussion,and also formed a certain research results,but it’s not hard to find,most of them are review study,through literature metrology to explore its trajectory and the future evolution of the research is less.This article selects the CNKI database since 1980 related literature in the field of industrial relations,and word analysis,clustering analysis and strategy coordinate diagram of bibliometrics methods to analyze the research status and hot issues in the field and potential issues,in order to explore the characteristics of the current our country labor relations research evolution and future development.The research results show that"social security","human resources"and"economic development"are the hot research directions of current academic circles,and"labor relations governance","sharing economy"and"live-streaming platform"are some novel issues that need further research in the future.
