人工智能产业与就业匹配的时空演变及形成机理——来自北京的调查数据

Research on Spatiotemporal Evolution and Formation Mechanism of Dynamic Match between Artificial Intelligence Industry and Employment——Based Survey Data on the Beijing

摘要 《新一代人工智能发展规划》推动了人工智能的快速发展以及与传统产业的深度融合,然而北京作为人工智能产业的重点区域,如何实现人工智能产业与就业的匹配发展以协同推动首都经济社会高质量发展,将成为亟待关注的问题。根据要素集聚效应理论,采用加权标准差椭圆统计学分析方法(SDE),研究2016~2018年北京市人工智能产业发展与就业数量、质量匹配的时空演变特征及形成机理。研究结果表明:北京市人工智能产业与就业的匹配程度总体呈现下降趋势。其中产业发展与就业数量的空间匹配程度在不断下降,产业发展与就业质量的空间匹配程度呈现先增加后下降趋势。从聚集程度看,北京市人工智能产业空间聚集程度高于就业聚集程度,产业集聚并没有带来相应的就业集聚。由此得出的结论及启示,希冀为北京市制定未来的人工智能产业和就业协同政策提供理论支持和参考建议。 The development plan of new generation artificial promotes the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the deep integration with traditional industries.However,as the key area of artificial intelligence industry,how to realize the matching development of artificial intelligence industry and employment to promote the high-quality development of the capital’s economy and society will become an urgent issue.According to the theory of factor agglomeration effect,using the method of weighted standard deviation ellipse statistical analysis(SDE),this paper studies the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and formation mechanism of the development and employment quantity and quality matching of artificial intelligence industry in Beijing during-.The results show that the matching degree of artificial intelligence industry and employment in Beijing is on the decline.The spatial matching degree of industrial development and employment quantity is declining,and the spatial matching degree of industrial development and employment quality is increasing first and then declining.From the perspective of agglomeration degree,the spatial agglomeration degree of artificial intelligence industry in Beijing is higher than that of employment agglomeration,and industrial agglomeration does not bring corresponding employment agglomeration.The conclusion and enlightenment are expected to provide theoretical support and reference suggestions for Beijing to formulate future AI industrial policies and employment policies.
