Human Capital,Social Capital and Regional Financial Development Differences

金融资源是现代经济增长与发展的关键性约束条件,金融在现代经济发展中的核心地位已为现代经济增长的实践所证明。综观我国各地金融业发展情况,不平衡现象凸显,弱化了金融发展在缩小地区差距中的作用。在探究我国各地金融发展差异影响因素中,本文从人力资本与社会资本两大资本要素角度着手研究其对区域金融差异形成的影响情况。实证分析结果显示,人力资本结构的提升对区域金融发展起着明显的促进作用,全国范围内重视发展高等教育、提高教育水平均可对区域金融发展起到正向刺激;而由于我国目前信用体系的不完善和社会组织的缺乏,社会资本因素并未发挥预期的推动作用,反而产生不利的影响,亟待进一步完善。

Financial resources are a key constraint for modern economic growth and development.The core position of finance in modern economic development has been proved by the practice of modern economic growth.Looking at the development of the financial industry in various parts of our country,the imbalance is prominent,which weakens the role of financial development in narrowing the regional gap.In exploring the factors influencing differences in financial development in various regions of our country,this article starts from the perspective of human capital and social capital,two major capital factors,to study their impact on the formation of regional financial differences.The empirical analysis results show that the improvement of human capital structure has played a significant role in promoting regional financial development.The national emphasis on the development of higher education and the improvement of education levels can positively stimulate regional financial development.Due to the imperfections of the country’s current credit system and lack of social organization,social capital factors did not play the expected role of promoting,but produced adverse effects,which urgently need to be further improved.
