合村并居背景下农村劳动力就业效应研究进展

A Review of Employment Effect on Rural Labor Force under Combination of Villages

城乡一体化背景下,新型农村社区建设的一种有效形式是合村并居,合村并居是推进农村城镇化进程、加快社会主义新农村建设、整合开发与集约利用土地的一项重要举措,在我国东南沿海一些经济发达地区已经进行试点。新型农村社区建设带来乡村地区聚落、产业、土地等要素的变化对乡村发展和乡村城镇化进程具有重要价值。针对新型农村社区的建设现状研究可以发现新型农村社区的建设过程和动力机制和运行规律。合村并居可以使现有村庄适当合并集中,同时促进产业集聚发展、人口有序流动、土地集约利用、基础设施配套建设等。随着我国城镇化进程的不断发展,大量农村劳动力转移到城市区域就业。对于合村并居背景下的农村劳动力而言,暴露出的一些问题亟待研究。本文结合当前合村并居背景,就我国城镇化进程中的劳动力就业等相关问题做一文献回顾与梳理。

Under the background of urban-rural integration,An effective form of new rural community construction is an important measure to promote the process of rural urbanization,which can speed up the construction of new socialist countryside by integrating the development and intensive use of land.It has been tested in some economically developed areas along the southeast coast of China.The new rural community construction has brought about changes in rural settlement industry and other elements,which is of great value to rural development and rural urbanization.In view of the current situation of the construction of new rural communities in recent years,we can find the construction process and dynamic mechanism of new rural communities.The combination of villages can make the existing villages merge and concentrate properly and promote the development of industrial agglomeration and so on.With the continuous development of China’s urbanization process,large number of rural labor force transfer to urban areas for employment.For the rural left behind labor force under the background of co-existence of villages,labor employment is not sufficient and some problems exposed need to be studied.This paper makes a literature review and carding on the labor employment and other related issues in the process of urbanization in China.
