人口迁移与流动的前沿动态分析

Frontier Analysis of Population Migration and Mobility

伴随着改革开放的脚步,我国人口和劳动力的迁移与流动规模日益扩大,大量学者从经济学角度对这一现象展开研究。本文借助文献计量软件CiteSpace V,对中国知网刊载的人口迁移与流动领域1998~2018年CSSCI期刊中文文献进行可视化分析。结论表明,1998~2018年人口迁移与流动领域发文数量可分为三个阶段;《中国人口科学》《人口与经济》《西北人口》等期刊在人口迁移与流动领域载文量较高;蔡昉、张永丽、樊士德等学者在该领域发文量高,影响力大;中国社会科学院人口与劳动经济研究所、南京大学经济学院、南京农业大学经济管理学院等是该领域具有影响力的研究机构;农村流动劳动力、新二元结构、新型城镇化等在该领域受到较高的关注;异质劳动力与区位选择、新经济地理学、胡焕庸线与城镇化等是该领域新兴的研究方向。

With the pace of reform and opening up,the scale of migration and mobility of population and labor force in China is expanding day by day.A large number of scholars have studied this phenomenon from the perspective of economics.With the help of the bibliometric software CiteSpace V,this paper makes a visual analysis of the Chinese literature in the field of population migration and mobility published by China Knowledge Network from 1998 to 2018.The conclusion shows that the number of papers published in the field of population migration and mobility in 1998~2018 can be divided into three stages;journals with a high volume in the fields of population migration and mobility are Chinese Journal of Population Science,Population and Economics,Northwest Population Journal;influential scholars such as Cai Fang,Zhang Yongli,and Fan Shide have a high number of papers published in this field;Institute of Population and Labor Economics,Nanjing University Business School,College of Economics and Management of Nanjing Agricultural University are influential research institutions in this field;rural labor mobility,new binary structure and new urbanization are paid more attention in this field;heterogeneous labor force and location selection,new economic geography,Hu Huanyong line and urbanization are emerging research directions in this field.
