科技进步对性别工资的偏向性影响研究——基于行业面板数据的证据

Research on the Influence of Scientific and Technological Progress on Gender Wage Bias:Evidence Based on Industry Panel Data

科技进步对性别工资差距具有一定的影响。利用2003~2017年的性别工资倾向指数、《中国劳动统计年鉴》《中国人口和就业统计年鉴》以及《全国及各地区科技进步统计监测结果》等数据,基于生产函数模型构建计量模型,运用Stata 15.1对有关数据进行计量分析,结果表明以综合科技进步水平指数衡量的科技进步对城镇女性职工和男性职工的平均工资均有显著正向影响,科技进步偏向男性职工的平均工资,科技进步加大了女性职工和男性职工的性别工资差距。

Scientific and technological progress has a certain influence on the gender wage gap.Using the 2003~2017 Gender Wage Tendency Index,China Labor Statistics Yearbook,China Population and Employment Statistics Yearbook,and National and Regional Scientific and Technological Progress Statistics Monitoring Results,etc.,built a measurement model based on the production function model,using STATA 15.1 quantitative analysis of relevant data,the results show that the scientific and technological progress measured by the comprehensive scientific and technological progress level index has a significant positive influence on the average wages of urban female employees and male employees,the scientific and technological progress is biased towards the average salary of male workers,scientific and technological progress increased the gender wage gap between female employees and male employees.
