摘要
借助CiteSpace文献计量软件,以1998-2018年CNKI数据库与Web of Science数据库收录的人才引进领域的研究文献为对象进行计量分析,研究发现,国内外人才引进领域研究的发文量均呈现增长趋势,发文量集中在美国、英国、澳大利亚、中国、德国等国家;国际和国内研究均以经济管理和教育学科为主,涉及的领域范围广,包括政治、经济、文化、技术、社会等多个领域,呈现多群体、跨学科、全方位的研究特点;国际研究侧重技术移民与企业社会责任在人才引进中的作用,而国内人才引进研究集中于院校、西部地区等方面的问题;"劳动力""人才流动""高技术移民"等是国际研究的热点,"人才吸储""引智需求""人才计划""高职院校""优势学科""激励机制"等是国内研究热点,国内外研究重点的相似度偏低。
With the help of CiteSpace bibliometrics software,this paper conducts a quantitative analysis on the research literature in the field of talent introduction included in the CNKI database and the Web of Science database from 1998 to 2018.The research finds that the number of posts in the field of talent introduction both at home and abroad has a growing trend,and the most of these posts are concentrated in the United States,Britain,Australia,China,Germany and other countries.International and domestic studies are mainly in economic management and education,which cover a wide range of fields,including politics,economy,culture,technology,society and other fields,and present the characteristics of multi-group,interdisciplinary and all-round research.International researches focus on the role that skilled immigrants and social responsibility of enterprise play in the introduction of talent,and yet domestic researches focus on the problems of the introduction of talent in universities,western regions,etc."Labor force","talent flow","highly skilled migration"are hot spots in international studies,while"talent acquisition and storage","intellectual demand","talent plan","high-level talents","vocational colleges","advantageous disciplines"and"incentive mechanism"are hot spots in domestic studies.The similarity of the focuses of domestic and foreign research is relatively low.
