基于环焊缝失效的天然气管道风险防控措施研究

摘要 为降低天然气管道环焊缝失效概率,通过数据统计与事故案例分析,基于环焊缝本体、管道内、外腐蚀、地质灾害等方面开展风险防控研究,提出针对不等壁厚焊接时的内孔锥形坡口设计,内、外腐蚀的检测和防护措施,以及对地质灾害从风险评价、监测到治理的完整性管理等措施,并介绍发生风险后的减缓措施。研究结果表明:本文所提出的风险防控措施与后果减缓措施,有助于控制天然气管道环焊缝失效后对周边区域的影响,提升管道的本质安全。研究结果对保障管道的安全运行具有一定指导意义。 In order to reduce the probability of circumferential weld failure of natural gas pipelines,through data statistics and accident case analysis,the research on the risk prevention and control was conducted based on the inherent characteristics of circumferential weld,internal and external corrosion,and geological disasters.The design on conical groove of inner hole for unequal wall thickness welding,the detection and protection measures of internal and external corrosion,and the integrity management of geological disasters from risk assessment,monitoring to treatment were put forward,and mitigation measures after the risk were introduced.The results show that the proposed risk prevention and control measures and consequence mitigation measures help to control the impact of circumferential weld failure of natural gas pipeline on the surrounding area and ensure the intrinsic safety of pipeline.The research results have certain guiding significance for ensuring the safe operation of pipelines.
