加氢装置事故重建及分析

摘要 为了更好地修正PHAST和KFX软件进行全尺寸数值模拟时的各项参数,通过分析某渣油加氢装置事故现场资料,得到大尺寸喷射火的实际数据。利用PHAST和KFX软件进行全尺寸数值模拟,对比分析模拟结果与事故实际数据。研究结果表明:通过与事故数据相比,火焰内部温度分布和火焰周围热辐射分布的范围与事故现场实际范围形状类似,火焰几何尺寸的数值模拟结果与经验公式预测结果及现场痕迹也能较好地吻合,从而验证软件模拟喷射火特性的实用性。研究结果可为相关事故模拟和灾后修复提供理论依据,为气体检测方案和消防方案的制定提供借鉴。 In order to better correct various parameters in full-scale numerical simulation by the PHAST and KFX software,the actual data of large-scale jet fire was obtained by analyzing the accident site data of a residual hydrogenation unit.The full-scale numerical simulations was conducted using PHAST and KFX software,and the simulation results were compare with actual accident data.The results show that compared with the accident data,the temperature distribution inside the flame and the thermal radiation distribution around the flame are similar to the actual range shape of the accident site,and the numerical simulation results of flame geometry are in good agreement with the prediction results of empirical formula and the on-site traces,thus verifying the practicability of the software to simulate the characteristics of jet fire.The research results can provide theoretical basis for related accident simulation and post-disaster repair,and provide reference for the formulation of gas detection scheme and fire protection scheme.
