城市轨道交通综合联调安全风险及应对措施研究

Research on safety risk and countermeasures for comprehensive joint adjustment of urban rail transit

为解决国内城市交通综合联调期间频发的安全事件,消除在社会、行业范围内造成的不良影响,提高项目安全管理水平,推动轨道交通事业持续高速发展,对国内以往综合联调项目过程中出现的安全事件进行统计分析,结合实际案例,提出相应的防范措施。研究结果表明:通过采取的系列措施,可降低同类事件发生概率,提升综合联调项目安全管理水平。研究结果可为同类型综合联调项目实施过程提供一定参考。

In order to solve the frequent safety incidents during the comprehensive joint adjustment of urban traffic in China,eliminate the adverse effect in the social and industrial scope,improve the level of project safety management,and promote the sustained and rapid development of rail transit industry,the statistical analysis of the safety incidents in the past comprehensive joint adjustment projects in China was conducted,and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward based on the actual cases.The results show that by adopting a series of measures,the probability of similar events can be reduced,and the level of safety management of comprehensive joint adjustment projects can be improved.The research can provide some reference for the implementation process of similar comprehensive joint adjustment projects.
