Case analysis and thinking on slipping incident of bridge girder erection machine in a rail transit engineering

为保证架桥机施工作业安全,防止出现架桥机安全事故,探讨架桥机滑落事件起因、经过、结果,总结架桥机安全管理、规范操作、应急处置及安全管控启示。研究结果表明:通过加强安全管理、规范作业操作,加强应急处置及管理,可防范安全事件事故发生。研究结果可为广大施工技术管理人员、作业人员提供一定的借鉴和参考,最大限度规避机械设备及安全操作的风险。

In order to ensure the safety of construction operation and prevent the safety accidents of the bridge girder erection machine,the causes,process and result of slipping incidents of the bridge girder erection machine were discussed,and the enlightenment of the safety management,standardized operation,emergency disposal and safety control of the of the bridge girder erection machine were summarized.The results show that the safety incidents and accidents can be prevented by strengthening safety management,standardizing working operation,and strengthening emergency disposal and management.The research results can provide certain reference for the majority of construction technical management personnel and operators,and avoid the risk of mechanical equipment and safe operation to the greatest extent.
