基于SPSS的露天矿排土场边坡稳定性影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 为分析影响露天矿排土场边坡稳定的因素及其对边坡稳定性的影响程度,以白音华1号露天矿外排土场为研究背景,应用极限平衡理论的方法,对边坡岩体参数进行敏感性分析,并采用正交试验法,研究基底倾角、边坡角度、边坡高度、软弱夹层距基底面距离4个因素对边坡稳定性的定量影响。研究结果表明:排弃物的内摩擦角、容重和接触面的内摩擦角对外排土场边坡稳定性的影响十分明显,建议对下部接触面进行拉沟处理或灌浆加固处理以提高边坡稳定性;正交试验得出对外排土场边坡稳定性的影响程度从大到小依次为基底倾角、边坡角度、边坡高度、软弱夹层距基底面距离,采用变异系数计算得到0.3%为最佳试验水平结果。研究结果可为外排土场边坡稳定控制提供参考与借鉴。 In order to analyze the factors affecting the slope stability in dump site of open-pit mine and their influence degree on slope stability,the outer dump site of Baiyinhua No.1 open-pit mine was taken as the research background,and the sensitivity analysis of slope rock mass parameters was carried out by using the method of limit equilibrium theory.The orthogonal test method was used to study the quantitative influence of four factors,including base inclination angle,slope angle,slope height and distance between weak interlayer and base surface,on the slope stability.The results show that the internal friction angle,bulk density of the waste and the internal friction angle of the contact surface have obvious influence on the slope stability of the outer dump site,and it is suggested that the lower contact surface should be treated by trenching or grouting reinforcement to improve the slope stability.According to the orthogonal test analysis,the influence degree of these four factors on the slope stability of the outer dump site from large to small is the base inclination angle,the slope angle,the slope height,and the distance from the weak interlayer to the base surface.The coefficient of variation is calculated to obtain 0.3%as the best test level result.The research results can provide reference for the slope stability control of the outer dump sites.
