地铁场段上盖物业开发的安全设计对策研究

Research on safety design strategies for joint development above metro vehicle depot

为改善目前地铁场段上盖物业开发项目中安全设计相关政策、技术规范尚不完善的现状,介绍地铁场段上盖物业开发项目设计阶段中的各方面安全设计要点;通过对现有工程实例及设计经验的分析与梳理,分别从盖下消防设计、盖板消防设计及盖上安全措施3方面进行阐述。结果表明:从建筑设计角度总结出相应的安全设计措施,对今后地铁场段上盖物业开发项目的设计工作提供借鉴和指引,具有积极的指导意义,可促进地铁场段上盖物业开发项目的成熟发展。

In order to improve the current status of incomplete safety design related policies and technical specifications in the construction projects of joint development above metro vehicle depot,the main points of safety design in various aspects of such projects are introduced.Based on the analysis and combing of the existing engineering examples and design experience,the fire protection design under metro vehicle depot,cover fire protection design and safety measures above cover are explained separately.These design points have positive guiding significance to summarize the corresponding safety design measures from the perspective of architectural design,which can provide reference and guidance for the design work of the development project of the subway section cover property in the future,and promote the mature development of the development project of the subway section cover property.
