摘要
为了研究全自动运行线路控制中心(OCC)失效的应急管理,采用差异对比的方法,比较全自动运行线路与常规线路控制中心功能差异及失效影响,提出3种全自动运行线路控制中心失效应急管控对策,并对其人员配置、设备功能、时间损耗、建设成本和优、缺点进行比较分析。研究结果表明,运营方可以根据对运营中断的容忍度、投资建设成本以及多职能队员配置人数,制定相应的控制中心失效应急管理对策。
In order to study the emergency management of invalid fully automatic operation line control center(OCC),a difference comparison method is adopted to study functional differences and invalid influence between fully automatic operation line control center and common line control center.This paper puts forward three kinds of emergency management control countermeasures for invalid fully automatic operation line control center,and analyzes the personnel allocation,equipment function,time loss,construction cost and its advantages and disadvantages.The results show that the operator can formulate corresponding emergency management countermeasures for invalid OCC according to the tolerance of operation interruption and other factors.
