秘鲁社会安全风险等级提高后的应对策略

Preventive strategies for the increases in social security risk level of Peru

为了应对当前秘鲁社会安全风险及解决秘鲁中方人员安全意识较为淡薄的问题,以中国石油集团厄瓜多尔和秘鲁综合项目部实践经验为依据,中国石油集团公司完善了原有社会安全体系及应急管理制度并制定了各项应对策略。研究结果可为此类海外在建项目提供一定的参考。

In order to cope with the current social security risks in Peru and solve the problem of weak safety awareness of Chinese personnel in Peru,China National Petroleum Corporate(CNPC)improves the original social security system and emergency management system and formulates various countermeasures,based on the practical experience of the comprehensive project department in Ecuador and Peru of CNPC.The results from this study could provide references for similar overseas projects under construction.
