中国石油国际业务社会安全风险评估方法应用研究

Study on the application of risk assessment method on social security for the international business of China National Petroleum Corporation

依据中国石油国际业务社会安全管理体系中风险管理的原则,介绍了中国石油国际业务社会安全风险评估的基本流程和方法;并对中国石油集团海外项目应用社会安全风险评估方法开展社会安全风险评估应遵循的程序、内容以及应注意的问题进行了系统思考和总结,为海外项目社会安全风险评估提供借鉴和参考。

According to the principle of risk management in social security management system of the international business of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC),this paper introduces the basic process and method of the risk management of social security for CNPC international business.Also,this paper systematically considers and summarizes the procedure to be followed,contents and problems that should be paid attention during the risk assessment of social security for CNPC overseas projects.The results of this study would provide references to the risk assessment of social security for overseas project.
