摘要
为做好海外员工尤其是非洲等条件艰苦无医疗支持区域员工的健康保障,长城钻探尼日尔综合项目部牢固树立"员工生命高于一切"的理念,将健康安全管理工作作为首要工作来抓,经过几年摸索和实践,结合现场实际不断优化管理方案,总结和固化了健康管理10项措施,通过落实并持续改进实现健康管理程序化。结果表明:此类措施的执行为现场员工的健康提供了充实保障。
To protect the health of stuff,who worked at the regions with harsh conditions and without medical supports,especially in Africa,the Niger Integrated Project Department of GreatWall Drilling firmly establishes the concept of"stuff life is above all"and puts health and safety management as the first priority.After years exploration and practice,the department optimized the management scheme with the actual situation.Ten measures for health management were summarized and solidified.Routinization of health regulatory was realized through the measures implementation and continuous improvement.The results show that the implementation of these measures would provide substantial guarantee to the health of employees on site.
