中国石油国际业务社会安全面临的新威胁浅议

Study on the new threats to social security for international business of China National Petroleum Corporation

科技的发展给海外项目现场社会安全带来了新威胁,为加强海外项目现场的社会安全风险评估工作,介绍了无人机、网络攻击、人工智能对海外项目现场带来的新威胁,并根据社会安全风险评估方法,提出海外项目现场的防范措施,针对不断出现的新威胁提出了几点思考,以期对海外项目现场社会安全风险识别工作提供参考。

The development of science and technology has brought new threats to the security of overseas projects.To strengthen the risk assessment on social security at overseas project sites,this paper briefly introduces the new threats posed by unmanned aerial vehicle,internet attacks and artificial intelligence.According to the risk assessment method on social security,some preventive measures were put forward for overseas project sites.Some thoughts were put forward on account of the continuously emerging new threats.The results of this study would provide references on security and risk identification for overseas projects.
