南北苏丹安全风险防范与应对分析

Preventive and response analysis of the security situation in South and North Sudan

为了应对苏丹和南苏丹严峻的社会安全局势,项目部使用对比分析和实例论证的方法,对"四防"体系建设、推行本土化、准军事化管理,新区块新风险防范等5个方面进行研究。研究结果表明:通过提前预防、主动管理,有针对性地采取多种防范措施,可有效降低社会安全风险,确保项目部人员安全。

In response to the dire social security situation in Sudan and south Sudan,the Sudan project department adopts comparative analysis and case studies to investigate 5 aspects,including establish a"Four defense"system,promote localization,paramilitary management,and prevention of new risks in new blocks.The results shows that through measurements,such as prevention in advance,active management,and targeted to take a variety of prevention,could lower the social security risk and ensure the safe of personnel in the project department.
