海外工程建设项目流行病防控信息收集渠道研究

Research on the information collection source of epidemic disease control and prevention for overseas engineering construction projects

为确保海外工程建设项目人员身体健康,提高流行病防控措施的针对性和有效性,全面、准确地获取项目所在地区的流行病防控相关信息。研究分析了海外工程建设项目所在地区流行病的信息收集渠道,总结出4类15种有效的流行病防控的信息收集渠道,深入分析研究各种信息收集渠道的适用性、可用性以及可获得信息的类型,并对其进行量化评价,为海外油气工程建设项目人员的流行病防控实践提供指导。

In order to ensure the workers’health in overseas engineering construction projects,to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of epidemic disease prevention and control measures,and to comprehensively and accurately obtain the information of epidemic disease prevention and control at the area where the overseas project is located,this paper studies and analyzes the information collection sources of epidemic disease prevention and control for overseas engineering construction projects.4 classes and 15 types of effective information collection sources of epidemic prevention and control are summarized.The applicability,usability and obtained information type of each information collection sources were analyzed,assessed and quantified.The results from this study provide references for the health management practices of workers in overseas engineering construction projects.
