摘要
聚苯乙烯(又称PS)装饰材料因其价格低廉、易成型、性能优良的特点,广泛应用于各类建筑、车辆中,地铁路线建设过程中的路基填压、隔热防水、防冻处理等方面都需要用到大量的聚苯乙烯材料。为了充分了解聚苯乙烯材料燃烧烟热特性,以PS装饰材料作为研究对象,利用火焰传播量热仪和YQR烟气测试平台,通过燃烧环境的改变,研究PS装饰材料的点燃特性和燃烧烟热特性。试验发现,PS装饰材料的热响应参数为61.3 s-1/2。在FPA试验条件下,空气流速增加对PS的pHRR和SPR起初均有促进作用,但是空气流速达到一定阈值后,对pHRR和SPR具有降低作用;空气流速对PS的THR的影响较小,但是对PS的烟气释放总量影响较大。PS属于易燃材料,燃烧热高达28.4 MJ/kg,其在燃烧中放出大量烟和热,烟气成分中CO为主要有害气体,在做PS烟气防护时应重点考虑CO的防护。
Polystyrene(PS)decorative material is widely used in various buildings and vehicles because of its low price,easy forming and excellent performance.A lot of polystyrene materials are used in the process of subway construction:subgrade filling,heat insulation,waterproof and anti-freezing.In this paper,PS is researched using the flame propagation calorimeter and YQR smoke test platform under the the combustion environment changing condition.of the research focus on PS ignition characteristics and combustion smoke thermal characteristics.According to the ignition experiments,the thermal response parameter of PS is 61.3 s-1/2.Under the FPA experimental conditions,the increase of air velocity promote both the pHRR and the SPR of PS initially,but decrease pHRR and SPR when the air velocity reached a certain threshold.And the effect of air velocity on the THR of PS is small,while the total amount of PS smoke emission is greatly affected.The combustion heat of PS is 28.4 MJ/Kg,and it releases a lot of smoke and heat.CO is the main harmful gas in the smoke composition.The protection of CO should be considered in the protection of PS smoke.
