摘要
通过搜集地铁维修人员在安全生产方面的指标及数据,结合心理、生理、环境等因素,利用层次分析法、现场调研、专家打分等方法建立基于层次分析法的人员安全生产能力评价模型。通过不定期地对维修人员的安全生产能力进行定量评价,指导维修任务的分配、维修人员安全技能的提升,从而降低因人员问题带来的维修风险,提高安全生产效率。
By collecting the data of subway maintenance personnel in safety production,combining with the factors of psychological,physiological and environmental,the evaluation model of personnel capacity in safety production is established based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),field survey and expert scoring method.Through the quantitative evaluation of the safety production capacity of maintenance personnel from time to time,the distribution of maintenance tasks and the safety skills improvement of maintenance personnel can be guided,so as to reduce the maintenance risk caused by personnel issues and improve the efficiency of safety in production.
