地铁运营系统安全风险辨识流程及危险因素研究 被引量:8

摘要 为有效控制地铁运营安全风险,建立和不断完善安全风险分级管控机制,基于城市轨道交通技术特点和行业经验,对部分城市地铁运营系统安全风险的现状以及各类事故案例中的有害因素进行研究。结果表明:地铁运营安全风险管理应结合本地区城市地铁运营系统的实际情况,全面梳理并建立科学的安全风险分类流程进行危险源辨识;此外,辨识事故中的危险和有害因素时,要对事故中所有相关的作业链进行全方位分析、研判,并制定相应措施,从而控制事故发生。 In order to effectively control subway operation safety risks,to establish and constantly improve the safety risk hierarchical control mechanism,the research is carried out aiming at the current situation of safety risk in some urban subway operation systems and the harmful causal factors in various accident cases based on technical characteristics and industry experience of urban rail transit.The result shows that the operation safety risk management should combine with the actual situation of the urban subway operation system in this region,be comprehensively combed,and establish scientific safety risk classification process and identify sources of danger.At the same time,when identifying the dangerous and harmful factors in the accident,it is necessary to conduct all-round analysis,study and judgment on all relevant work chains in the accident,and formulate corresponding measures to prevent the occurrence of the accident.
