光滑念珠菌的耐药现状与应对策略

Drug resistance status and coping strategies of Candida glabrata

摘要 侵袭性念珠菌感染是临床常见的侵袭性真菌感染,近年来以光滑念珠菌为首的非白念珠菌感染占比不断增加。光滑念珠菌的耐药率和致死率在全球多个地区都呈上升趋势,其临床治疗难度不断增加。该文从光滑念珠菌的发生率、耐药率和致死率等流行病学现状,光滑念珠菌对常用治疗药物(如三唑类药物、棘白菌素类药物)的耐药机制,以及现有改善光滑念珠菌耐药的策略进行综述,并对新药研发进行展望,旨为侵袭性光滑念珠菌感染的治疗提供参考。
