Analysis of 7192 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions containing Doukou

目的:统计我院近期豆蔻类饮片的使用情况,为临床医师、药师的相关工作提供指导。方法:从HIS系统调取我院2年来所有包含豆蔻类饮片的中药饮片处方,统计分析豆蔻类中药饮片的种类、标记情况及用量情况。结果:我院常用的豆蔻类饮片有白豆蔻、草豆蔻、肉豆蔻3种,其中白豆蔻占绝大多数;豆蔻类饮片的煎煮标记比较混乱,正确标记“后下”的仅占58.44%;使用最多的白豆蔻用量基本符合药典要求。结论:豆蔻类中药自古以来容易混淆,且用法特殊,我院临床应用有待改进之处,中药师的点评及医院信息管理系统的引导也可提高临床医师对中药饮片的规范应用,为患者带来收益。

Objective:To count the use of Doukou decoction pieces in our hospital in recent years,which provides guidance for the relevant work of clinicians and pharmacists.Method:All the prescriptions containing Doukou decoction pieces in our hospital in the past two years were collected from HIS system,and the variety,labeling and dosage of Doukou decoction pieces were statistically analyzed.Result:3 kinds of Doukou decoction pieces were commonly used in our hospital,namely Baidoukou,Caodoukou and Roudoukou,and most of them were Baidoukou.The decocting labels of Doukou decoction pieces were confused,and only 58.44%of them were correctly marked"decoct later".The dosage of the most used Baidoukou basically met the requirements of pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:Doukou is easy to be confused since ancient times,and its usage is special.Its clinical application in our hospital needs to be improved.The comments from traditional Chinese pharmacists and the guidance of the hospital information management system can also improve the standardized application of Chinese herbal pieces for clinicians,and bring benefits to patients.
