摘要
中国是世界生物多样性最为丰富的国家之一,也是目前中医药基因数据发布最多、安全存储需求最迫切的国家。西南特色中药资源基因库是在国家中药种质资源库的资源实体库基础上,围绕种质遗传基因建立的延伸库,其重点瞄准中药资源种质中心的西南区域,建设DNA物质库和遗传信息库两个核心,配套硬件、技术、安全、人员等四个支撑,尤其将凝练中药属性,形成特色的道地药材、珍稀濒危药材、民族药材、药食同源、传染病防治药材等多个数据模块,拓展科学研究、交流合作、社会服务等三大基本功能,形成具有中药特色、区域特色、高校特色和共享特色的中药资源遗传信息数据库。
China is one of the countries with the richest biodiversity in the world.It is also the country with the most published genetic data of traditional Chinese medicine and the most urgent need for safe storage.The Southwestern Characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine Resource Gene Bank is an extension database established on the basis of the resource entity database of the National Traditional Chinese Medicine Germplasm Resource Bank.The resource bank focuses on the southwestern region of the Chinese Medicine Resources Germplasm Center.It constructs two cores,a DNA material bank and a genetic information bank,and supports hardware,technology,safety,and personnel.It will condense the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to form characteristic data modules such as authentic medicinal materials,rare and endangered medicinal materials,ethnic medicinal materials,medicinal and food homology,and infectious disease control medicinal materials,and expand the three basic functions of scientific research,exchanges and cooperation,and social services to form a genetic information database of traditional Chinese medicine resources with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,regional characteristics,university characteristics and shared characteristics.
