创新驱动背景下研究生创新能力培养质量保障体系研究

Under the background of innovation driven research on the quality assurance system of graduate students’ innovation ability training

创新驱动背景下构建研究生创新能力培养质量保障体系,是评估研究生创新质量、检测研究生创新水平、激发研究生创新热情的需要,同时也是培养、造就和强化研究生创新能力的需要;对于全面提升我国研究生教育教学质量具有十分重要的理论价值与现实意义。然而,当前我国在研究生创新能力培养及其质量保障体系的构建方面还存在诸多问题,如对创新能力培养重视程度不够、培养模式不够科学、相关经费投入不足、培养机制有待完善等。为此,有必要从政策、环境、平台、组织、经费、考评等六个方面重构研究生创新能力培养质量保障体系,并从改革培养模式、完善体制机制、开展校企合作、营造创新氛围、加强导师队伍建设等几个方面进一步优化相关质量保障体系建设。

Under the background of innovation driven,the construction of the quality assurance system for the cultivation of Postgraduates’innovation ability is not only the need to evaluate the quality of Postgraduates’innovation,test the level of Postgraduates’innovation and stimulate their enthusiasm for innovation,but also the need to cultivate,cultivate and strengthen their innovation ability.It has a very important theoretical value and reality for comprehensively improving the quality of graduate education and teaching in China significance.However,at present,there are still many problems in the cultivation of innovation ability and the construction of quality assurance system in China,such as the lack of attention to the cultivation of innovation ability,the lack of scientific training model,the lack of relevant funds,and the training mechanism to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct the quality assurance system of graduate students’innovation ability training from six aspects of policy,environment,platform,organization,funds and evaluation,and further optimize the construction of relevant quality assurance system from the aspects of reforming the training mode,improving the system and mechanism,carrying out school enterprise cooperation,creating an innovation atmosphere and strengthening the construction of tutor team.
